The annual ITGC meeting will be held in Queen’s College, Oxford, on the 18th and 19th September 2019, with a day available on the 20th for individual projects to meet. It will follow the 33rd Forum for Research into Ice Shelf Processes (FRISP) which will be held from 15-18 September. There is a combined registration for both events at this link (register for either or both).

The SCO has funding for six people on each project, three from the UK and three from the US, which covers the ITGC meeting registration, lodging for two nights, and travel costs. The PIs from each project received an email on 4 March with discount codes and with specific information about the covered costs. Anyone also attending the FRISP meeting will need to pay for that themselves. Additional ITGC researchers who wish to attend the ITGC meeting are welcome. The SCO hopes to have additional funded capacity, but this depends on travel costs. Be advised there is no guarantee of travel funds for additional project members beyond the six per project, and those attendees may have to pay their expenses themselves.

Registration closed 31 May and both meetings are finalized.

Please direct any questions about FRISP to frisp2019@bas.ac.uk, and any questions about ITGC to Elaina Ford at eakf@bas.ac.uk.
